Tip Dies and Knife Set Sharpening

What is the procedure to send my tip die/knives in for sharpening?

  • Send in dies to 1555 Ocean Ave., Suite F, Bohemia NY 11716

  • Include your company info, PO number if needed/ Name of contact person & phone number.

  • Include any known problems and/or what needs to be done. ie. Form grind, repair, sharpening etc.

  • Please send tracking# for your knifes via email or call so we can verify receipt and not cause any delays.


What is the lead time for sharpenings?

  • Basic Sharpening-Typically takes 3-4 business days.


What if I need it next day?

  • Clearly indicate this on the PO attached to die package. There must be paperwork included with the package to avoid processing delays. There is a small rush charge for orders sent out same day.




Mylar Film Orders

What is the difference between LTCL25-1582 and LTCL3-1582?

  • The only difference is the thickness of the adhesive coating.

  • LTCL25= 2.0 mil clear Mylar film + 0.5 mil high performance adhesive.

  • LTCL3= 2.0 mil clear Mylar film + 1.0 mil high performance adhesive


What is the minimum order for Mylar film?

  • The minimum for clear is 1 case of 5 rolls.

  • Colored Mylar film rolls can be ordered individually.


I have ordered MY-105 Heavyweight Clear Mylar film in the past. Do you carry this product?

  • Yes, we carry the MY-105 Mylar film.


What size rolls do you stock?

  • We stock 1-5/8" wide x 2000' long rolls. Other sizes and lengths are available upon request.


*All color mylar films are low temp.


What is the price for shipping?

  •  Price varies by weight, box dimensions, packaging and declared value. It is our standard procedure to insure all shipments for their replacement value. If you would

    like this to be handled differently, please send us a letter of instruction indicating how we should handle the insurance for your shipments.


  • A handling charge of US$5.00 is added to shipping charges. In addition, the carrier charges an additional handling fee for wooden crates. This is also included in the shipping charges.


What shipping company is used to ship my order?

  • We ship via UPS unless instructed otherwise. Shipping via FedEx/USPS is available upon request.


Can I use my own UPS/FEDEX account?

  • Yes you can, just make sure to note it on the purchase order you send to us.


What shipping service level will be used to ship my order?

  • We ship via ground unless instructed otherwise. Any knives, dies, cuttoff packages etc. sent to us for servicing will ship back to you using the same method you used to ship them to us unless you specify otherwise.



How can I pay?

  • You can pay by credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER


  • WIRE TRANSFER (Contact us to request info.)

  • Company Check (Customers with open account only)


When should I make my payment?

  •   All orders must be paid before your order is shipped.


Will I receive an invoice? How?

  • Since we email invoices upon shipment of your order please make sure the appropriate email address is included on your purchase order.
